✅ Standard Orders (Non-Customized)

• You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is approved.

✍️ Custom Orders (Sleeve Personalization)

• Because custom hoodies are made uniquely for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

🚚 Exchanges

• We can offer size exchanges on non-custom items if stock is available.

• For custom orders, please double-check your sizing before checkout — since every piece is personalized, exchanges aren’t available.
